About

To us, hospitality cannot be defined as one single entity. Hospitality is a collaborative effort. It is a collaboration of service, business acumen, creativity, and personal touch. Hospitality is like a Last Word cocktail. Each ingredient is of equal proportion and value to the balance of the cocktail. Adding too much of one ingredient over another takes the cocktail out of sync. In our mind, GREAT hospitality simply cannot exist without all of these elements flowing together in concert. Our mission is to provide you with top-notch expertise in all facets of hospitality. We want to be the Last Word in Hospitality.

Equal Parts Hospitality is a collective that develops beverage programs for bars and restaurants, designs marketing and education partnerships with brands, and curates events of all sizes.

Founder / Creative Director

Chris Amirault

Chris Amirault is an award-winning Bar Director and Mixologist overseeing creative programming and bar operations for the past thirteen years. He previously led the bar programs at Otium, The Fiscal Agent, and the Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel where his work was recognized by Tales of The Cocktail three times for top 10 Best Restaurant Cocktail bar West and once for top 10 Best Hotel Bar West. He is also a recipient of the Zagat 30 under 30 and the Star Chefs Rising Stars awards. His cocktail style gets its life from his observational prowl and culinary whimsy. Coming from a biracial family, he crafts cocktails embodying the true melting pot nature of Los Angeles and New York City, combining ingredients from his Asian heritage and blending them with other cultures. In his mind, the duty of a creative is to always search for new avenues and opportunities, as inspiration can strike the imagination at any moment. In a fast-moving digital age, he hopes that bars and cocktails can be vessels shared by guests allowing them to take a moment and connect with themselves and each other through ingredients, spirits, and nostalgic memories.
